Our buildings are currently in use by two retail shops and one food establishment. Spaces range from 3,000 sq. ft. of contiguous space to private office space.
Yesterday’s Fun Toy Store, Turning Pages Book Lounge, and Drifting Grounds Coffee House are already up and running in the space. There’s even an ATM on site.
It’s also right next door to Bonkey’s Ice Cream, ensuring plenty of foot traffic on in-season afternoons and evenings.

We’re long-time residents and business owners here and we know the challenges of operating stores in the Bethany Beach area. Setting up phone, internet, and WiFi can be frustrating for small businesses. We will be providing pre-configured phone, internet, and WiFi to lessees as needed.
When the beach season comes, parking is key. Our site features plenty of parking and easy access to Route 26. Customers will be able to maneuver easily in our large lot that encompasses the entire building. No more frustrated customers searching for parking.
